Hi, I'm Justin...

Since 1998, I have earned the title, “United States Marine”, worked at U.S. Embassies overseas, traveled the world and mentored hundreds of men and women from all over the United States and I enjoyed a couple successful years as a private consultant to the Arkansas National Guard.

In 2017, I decided to try something different. I realized that a commission-based sales position could offer opportunities and an education that would be critical to my future success. I decided to start with an entry-level sales position at Sears… I was always fond of the retail environment. They ended up closing their doors, but I learned a great deal about selling home appliances and bedroom furniture.

Going forward, I found a great opportunity with State Farm. While the training was informative and motivating, I still felt like I was missing something… maybe it was just me, but it seemed like these sales jobs wanted you to go figure it out by pounding your head against the wall until something clicked. 

THERE HAD TO BE A BETTER WAY!!!

That’s when I came across Grant Cardone. After signing up for his training on Mastering the Cold Call, it hit me… there is a systematic and customer focused method to this thing called “sales”. A way to truly take care of customers, without wasting their time or using psychological trickery.

All I needed to do was follow the system while being transaparent and honest with the customer.

I did exactly that when I moved out to California for awhile to be closer to family and took a commission only sales position selling jet skis, motorcycles, and off-road vehicles. It was training from Grant Cardone that allowed me to come off “training pay” at the end of the first day and succeed in achieving max gross revenue on every unit sold during my third month on the job… in an environment where heavy discounts were normal in closing deals. It was also training from Grant Cardone that was vital in helping me increase the number of units I sold every month in addition to achieving max revenue. 

But most importantly, my customers LOVED doing business with – even while paying full price.
